nice site! I work for a company that makes dessert shooter caddies (among other tabletop things) and thought we should collaborate. We have them mostly in stainless steel, and at pretty fair prices. Here's a link: http://www.breadbaskets.com/category/Appetizers_Desserts_Stainless_Steel.html

Still trying how to get the mousse layered in the the shooter glasses. I had a REAL mess...got it done, but there has to be a better/easier way.

After looking through your dessert shooter supplies, my mouth is watering. what a great party idea! You've included everything, and more. I really like the idea of little edible dessert cups. Nice.

Love your work. So inspiring and I can't wait to try your recipes. I already do a breakfast mini shooter with a macadamia and pistachio nut paste, layered with mixed berries and muesli. Tastes great too!

Sherrie: I've never made dessert shooters more than 4 or 5 hours before serving and that's for the ones not made with ice cream. I think there are some that would work better for making beforehand, such as the tiramisu dessert shooter. The key to the best dessert shooter though is to have different textures so they're really best mixed up before the function. At the very least, sprinkle crunchy cookie toppings to add some interest right before you serve.
